Scope of Service Experience

Jeffrey C. Fischer is a Vice President with the Industrial Services Group at NAI Hiffman. Jeff specializes in tenant and owner representation, leasing, disposition, land assemblage, acquisition and development.
Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Jeff spent the last 5 years as an Owner and Principal at Bridge Development Partners, LLC. While at Bridge Development Jeff participated in the development of over 2 million square feet of investment grade industrial and office properties and business parks in DuPage, Will and Lake Counties. Additionally, Jeff was primarily involved with the underwriting and acquisitions of over 1 million square feet of Class A and Class B “value add” office, flex and industrial opportunities in DuPage, Lake, Kane and Will Counties.
In 2003, Jeff left the brokerage aspect of the business to pursue a partnership position in the acquisition and development side of commercial real estate. During these 5 years Jeff participated in over $200 million dollars in industrial and office ground-up development and existing facility acquisitions throughout Chicago and Southeast Wisconsin. The partnership platforms ranged from institutional partners (McMorgan Company, Berwind Property Group, Wrightwood Capital and Globe Corporation) to private equity groups (Blue Vista LLC) to high net worth individuals.
Mr. Fischer’s experience as an owner and a broker gives him a unique perspective that caters to institutional owners, developers, tenants and small business owners. Jeff has the experience and ability to recognize opportunities that are often overlooked.
Before Bridge Development Partners, Jeff was an industrial broker for 10 years in the Chicago area. Starting at FC&S which was sold to Insignia/ESG and finally merging with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). Jeff left CBRE as a First Vice President and was a consistent top ten producer in Chicago.
Mr. Fischer is an accomplished representative of both tenants/users and owners/landlords of real estate on a local and national basis. As a broker Jeff leased and sold over 5 million square feet of industrial space.
A partial list of tenant clients include: The Sports Authority, Wilton Industries, Nextel Corporation, USC Solutions, Coleman Floor Company, Diemasters, Metcut, Vaxcel International, Checkpoint Systems and ITR Inc.
A partial list of owner clients include: CenterPoint Properties, Duke Realty, The Estate of James Campbell, McMorgan Company, Pritzker Realty Group, Prudential Real Estate Investors, LaSalle Investment Management, Panattoni Development, Pizutti Company, State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, TIAA and Wrightwood Capital.
