Patrick Kiefer joined NAI Hiffman in 2008 from Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services Group where he was responsible for leasing and marketing 1.4 million square feet of property, and in a five year period, had completed over 800,000 square feet of leasing transactions with a tenant retention rate of over 97%.
His focus is on Landlord Representation where he has a proven track record of achieving the goals and objectives of his clients. Patrick started his career in 1995 with CB Richard Ellis in their Office Specialty Group. Focusing on Landlord Representation, but also transacting tenant representation, land sales and building acquisitions and dispositions, he has developed insight into the needs and objectives of both the landlord and the tenant during the negotiation process.
In 2000, Patrick joined Lincoln Property Company, where he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of the suburban office portfolio consisting of over 1.3 million square feet with an occupancy rate of 56%. Upon leaving Lincoln Property Company to join insignia/ESG two years later, he had completed over 750,000 square feet of new and renewal lease transactions, bringing the occupancy rate of the portfolio up to 93%.
