Based in Lombard, IL, Karlson oversees 10+ million square feet portfolio throughout the Chicago market. Including over 80 buildings and more than 185 tenants, Karlson is the NAI Hiffman’s team leader for all industrial assets in Chicago for their client, TA Associates Realty. Karlson specialies in leasing, capital and major issue support to actively win and retain tenants throughout the portfolio.

Prior to joining the firm, Karlson worked with CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company, where his experience included revitalizing the image of a 30 year old industrial park leading to a 20% increase in new occupancy. He also has had experience converting an owner/occupied Class A office building to a multi-tenant office building increasing occupancy from 52% to 90%.
