Scope of Service Experience
|
Ben Cremer represents developers, property owners and tenants in the greater Chicagoland area providing services including corporate relocation, site search analysis, acquisition, disposition, leasing and build-to-suit transactions. His primary areas of focus include properties within the City of Chicago and the South and West suburbs, including northwest Indiana.
Among the companies Ben has represented in sale and/or lease transactions are Leggett & Platt Inc., Alcoa Inc., Florstar Sales, Archer Daniels Midland, Roofing & Insulation Supply, Wabash National Corporation, NACCO Materials Handling Group, Goodyear Tire, Mach 1 Air Services, Auburn Steel Co., Coca-Cola Enterprises, and including some of Chicagoland’s most prominent developers such as ProLogis, First Industrial, Holladay Properties, and IDI.
Ben is involved with the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) where in 2004 he was recognized as a finalist for the Frank Mahoney Award for being one of the industry’s top producers for the first five years in the business, and for having an annual transaction value in excess of 30 million dollars. He has been a featured speaker at multiple Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR) events and at a National Brownfield Association (NBA) event, has authored articles on Chicago industrial real estate trends featured in Heartland Real Estate Business and has been quoted in numerous publications including Chicago Industrial Properties, Illinois Real Estate Journal and Real Estate Chicago. He is actively pursuing both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations.

Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Ben was a commercial real estate salesperson with Lagestee-Mulder Realty & Investment, a firm in Chicago’s South suburbs. While there, he gained a broad range of experience in dealing with various product types including office leasing and sales, retail leasing and sales, investment sales, vacant land and industrial. He lives in Downers Grove, IL with his wife Nancy and their 4 children.
