Participated in both tenant and product representation in the Chicagoland area. Activities included prospecting, negotiating and closing transactions with national and local tenants as well as restaurants and service related amenities.

Landau & Heyman, Inc., Chicago, IL (Retail Leasing Manager, 1990-1998)
Responsible for the leasing and re-merchandising of major malls throughout the U.S. Long term assignments were the complete renovation of Bassett Center, El Paso, TX and The Mall @ Johnson City, Johnson City, TN. Both 800,000 square foot regional centers. Leasing activity included the addition of new department store anchors, food court, restaurants and outside pad site development at both centers. Other projects included: The Northwestern Train Station, Chicago, IL; Woodmar Mall, Hammond, IN; Marquette Mall, Michigan City, MI; Peru Mall, Peru, IL; Wilmette Commons, Wilmette, IL.
BCE Development Inc., Chicago, IL (Retail Leasing Representative, 1984-1990)
Primary responsibility for leasing the retail component of Chicago Place, an upscale retail and residential project located at 700 North Michigan Avenue. Additionally, assisted in the leasing of Gavlidae Commons, a premier retail development in downtown Minneapolis, as well as with existing projects in the Twin Cities. Other projects included: St. Paul Center, Minneapolis City Center and IDS Crystal Court.
