Scope of Service Experience

Shelley Kallal is a Property Accountant within the Asset Management Division of NAI Hiffman. Mrs. Kallal has over 11 years of property management accounting experience.
Ms. Kallal prepares and review financial statements for cash and accrual properties. She is currently responsible for 15 properties with approximately 2.3 million square feet of space.
Working on a daily basis with property managers, Ms. Kallal evaluates property performance, maintains depreciation/amortization schedules and calculates management fees. She also records and documents standard monthly journal entries, reconciles bank statements and accounts, and performs monthly analysis and reviews.
