Scope of Service Experience

Adam D. Roth, CCIM, SIOR is a Vice President with the Industrial Services Group at NAI Hiffman. Adam specializes in industrial real estate including land assemblage and development, building sales and tenant representation. Additionally, as a Director of NAI Global Logistics, Adam’s focus is providing real estate and supply chain solutions to distribution and warehouse companies throughout the world on matters including corporate relocation, site search analysis, build-to-suit alternatives, acquisition, disposition and leasing services.
Adam has assisted clients such as Wal-Mart, Corporate Express, North Avenue Logistics, United Sorbents, Envirotest, Woodland Windows, USAA Realty, Metal Express, Quality Express, Astro Tool, G-3 Enterprises, ProLogis, RREEF, ORIX Real Estate Capital, Keating Resources, Northern Builders, TCB Development and CenterPoint Properties.
Mr. Roth is a licensed Illinois real estate salesperson and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October 2007 and his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation in July 2009. In March 2009, Adam was presented the prestigious Industrial Broker of the year award during the Greater Chicago Food Depository's Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards. In November 2008, the Chicago Association of Realtors recognized Mr. Roth during its Commercial Forum event, presenting him with their Gold Award for his industrial/commercial redevelopment investment sale transactions completed in 2007-2008. Notably, in June 2008, Commercial Investment Real Estate magazine named Mr. Roth as one its fastest rising stars. In April 2008, the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) awarded Mr. Roth with the prestigious Frank Mahoney Award of Excellence in recognition of his superior performance and high standards of excellence. Mr. Roth also serves as a board member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), the Warehouse Education and Research Council (WERC) and is actively involved with the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Roth worked in the logistics industry for nearly 10 years. His tenure included 6 years with Roadway Express, Inc. at several facilities throughout the Midwest. Most recently, Mr. Roth was responsible for Midwest business development at Transplace, a supply chain solutions provider.
In the past 5 years, Mr. Roth has been published over 8 times in real estate periodicals concerning Hours of Service, Foreign Trade Zones, Port Capacity and North American Transportation Capacity. In addition, he was the keynote speaker for the Will County Real Estate Forecast in both 2006 and 2007. He was also DePaul University’s, Student Real Estate Organization (REO) series keynote speaker in January 2008. Mr. Roth has also been engaged as an expert witness for an intermodal development in the State of Illinois.
