Romeoville, IL (September 11, 2009) – NAI Hiffman recently represented Panattoni Development Company in the sale of a 162,895 square foot industrial facility in Windham Lakes Business Park, for an undisclosed amount. Panattoni recently purchased the property, located at 1186-98 Arbor Drive in Romeoville, Illinois, as part of a larger portfolio from Prudential Real Estate Investors.

Stephen J. Connolly and Mark Moran, executive vice presidents with NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services Group, represented Panattoni. Brett Kroner of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer, Kylie Capital.
